What form of payment do we accept at VWCom ?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American
Express, Discover checks, and Money orders. We bill your credit card every
3 months with our recurring billing system. You will receive an e-mail
telling you that you card will be charged, and the amount of the charge.

Does VWCom offer dial-up service ?
A. No, we only provide space for
hosting web pages.

Can I upgrade from one account to another ?
A. Yes, you can upgrade at any time
for free.

Does VWCom handle the domain registration or transfer ?
A. Yes. We will contact the InterNIC
once your account is activated to request either a new domain name registration
or a transfer of your domain to our server. If you are transferring
a domain name, we will fill out the necessary form and have it e-mailed
to you. You then only need to forward the form to InterNIC

Are there restrictions on the content of my web pages ?
A. There is no adult, obscene, warez
or hate material allowed on the space you purchase from Virtual Web
Communications. You may not use your account for mass mailings (mail
bombings) or any other types of activities which violate generally accepted
Internet guidelines.

Can I resell my own space?
A. Yes, If you bought a Virtual domain
you can resell your own space as a Non-Virtual space. If you want you
can also purchase extra FTP access accounts for an additional $10.00 per
month.

Can I use my space for commercial use?
A. Yes, you can use your space for
commercial use.

How hard is it to transfer my Domain name to your server and what does
it cost?
A. Its free, and all you have to
do is send us an e-mail telling us of your desire to transfer and we
will do the rest. You will be sent a form already filled out that you
forward to InterNIC completing the process. Your domain will be switched
to the new server in a few days, then you inform you old service that
you have switched. (All without any down time)

If I become a reseller, how do I get paid?
A. Each time you sell space you
will get $25.00 in either a check or you can get a credit towards you
service in the next billing cycle.
